As described in our privacy statement, you have certain rights when it comes to your personal data. Using the below form, you can exercise those rights as a Skillix user or newsletter subscriber. First we’ll briefly explain the rights in more detail:
Right of access (Art. 15) — You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to rectification (Art. 16) — You can ask us to correct personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
Right to erasure (Art. 17) — You can ask us to delete your personal data. You can start this from within the app, or by submitting this form.
Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18) — You can ask us to limit how we process your data in certain circumstances (see the link for more information).
Right to data portability (Art. 20) — You can request a copy of the data you provided to us in a structured, machine-readable format.
Right to object (Art. 21) — You can object to processing we carry out on the basis of legitimate interests.
Additionally, you can withdraw consent in case you receive our newsletter or opted into optional analytics processing in the app, using the below form. For the newsletter, you can also use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email and for the analytics processing, you can go to Settings -> Privacy & Legal to turn it off (which withdraws consent).
